The Business Consultant Agency Morucci starts its activity in 1991.
Its owner, Mr. Massimiliano Morucci, after a period of professional and entrepreneurial apprenticeship, which had already started during his studies, graduated in Economics in March 1988 at Rome University "La Sapienza", and was soon aknowledged a free professional expert in Commercial Law. He has also had important professional and technical experiences in the financial and entrepreneurial field, which took place in the U.S.A., at Pacific Securities (today incorporated in Bank of America) in Los Angeles and at S. Diego California University.
He has later specialized in Auditing by succesfully following a Course of Management at L.U.I.S.S. University in Rome, with excellent results.
He is now enroled in the Register of Business Consultants and Auditors in Rome, and is a free professional in the national territory.
If necessary, he has the availability of a net of subsidiary professionals, E.G. Lawyers, Work Consultants and Public Notaries.
The spirit of the Firm Accountant Massimiliano Morucci is based on professionalism, in being able to assist the customer by providing an innovative interpretation, and - when necessary - meticulousness in the resolution of tax and business corporate issues both simple and more complex, such as company valuations, corporate and consolidated financial statements groups.
In this sense a great tribute goes to Mrs. Francesca Romana Voglino, a most important and indefatigable professional of the Agency.
